One of our recent commercial fit out projects perfectly exemplifies the growing demand for innovation in HVAC, plumbing, and technology. MEP was able to offer this company the tailored solution that they needed to thrive in the evolving work landscape.

The project kicked off with the installation of a Building Automated System (BAS). Without compromising comfort, a BAS system works to maximize energy efficiency and indoor air quality. By uniting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning into centralized controls, this system was able to completely customize their HVAC needs. This company can now define a temperature schedule that works for their business, and their smart system will maintain a consistent temperature in each room based on demand. This smart technology can also detect system issues, sending an alert through the user interface, ultimately preventing costly repairs. The entire system is remotely controlled, adding a layer of flexibility and convenience.

Our sheet metal team updated and installed new ductwork throughout the building, which compliments in the energy conservation efforts introduced by the BAS. Custom-designed for Spark Power, the ductwork sheet metal achieves a sleek, modern aesthetic while optimizing airflow and energy efficiency.

This commercial fit out was complete with newly installed washroom facilities featuring modern plumbing fixtures. These not only contribute to a contemporary look but also support water conservation with low-flow sinks and toilets.
