BREWERY EXPANSION

MEP Service Group’s team has undertaken a crucial role in the brewery expansion project at Brunswick Bierworks. Our work involves the installation and maintenance of vital infrastructure and systems that form the backbone of the brewery's operations. The installation phase saw the integration of various industrial components, including chillers, glycol cooling system, steam boilers and steam systems, compressor pneumatic system, speciality gas systems, integrated cluster valve manifold’s, process piping, sanitary piping, plumbing, drainage, and HVAC/R systems, all designed to enhance production capacity and efficiency, while minimizing all potential business interruptions.

In an industrial setting, these systems are incredibly complex, and require strict regulatory mandates to ensure the quality, sanitation, and safety of workers. The installation of these systems requires meticulous attention to detail in order to exceed these mandates and ensure everything is working together properly to meet food safety standards, and minimize down the line. Our team understands that these systems are the lifeline of a brewery, and so we recognize the importance of routine inspections, adjustments, and timely troubleshooting to prevent unexpected breakdowns and minimize downtime.
