MEP Service Group was thrilled to embark on the journey of completing an office fit out that would meet the unique requirements of our client, RBC. Our team was driven by a passion to transformed a once underutilized space into a functional Branch and Wealth Management office for RBC. This office fit out was more then a renovation, it was a reinvigoration, breathing new life into a space that could serve both the RBC team and their clients. 

The project began once we coordinated with designers, consultants, and general contractors. Together, we developed a plan that would meet our goals and utilize available square footage. This collaborative effort allowed us to tailor the mechanical systems to work effectively in this design. This allowed us to maximize space in the layout, and create an environment that encouraged productivity and community, while ensuring comfort through all seasons.

What guided us in our choice of materials and cutting-edge technology was simple, energy efficiency. With this core value in mind, our team carefully chose systems based on their efficiency and functionality within this space. This choice reduced the resources that would be required to operate these systems, while maximizing comfort for workers and clients year-round. The outcome was a significant reduction in energy bills.
